The first collision happened two and a half miles east of Dike on Old Highway 20 (D-19) on 160th Street, where a bicyclist was hit by a vehicle. In his 2018 Jeep, Dike resident Dennis Koch, age 89, was traveling westbound on old Highway 20 (D-19) when he collided with a bicyclist traveling in the same direction who was riding on the roadway.
