Eoin Gordon Obituary, Death – When we found out that our former hurler, Eoin Gordon, had passed away, it was with a heavy heart that we got the news. In 2010, while we were just beginning our hurling endeavor, Eoin became a member of Easkey/St.Farnans. It was obvious from the start that Eoin was a skilled hurler, and he went on to earn county honors at every underage level while playing for the club. He was a member of the Easkey/St.Farnans squad that
won national titles at Féile na nGael as well as an under-16 Connacht championship. Eoin was a dependable and dogged defender for our team, making him an invaluable contributor to our organization. He was a delightful young man who was much liked by both his teammates and his coaches. Everyone who knew him will mourn his passing deeply. We would like to express our deepest condolences to his brother Conor, his parents Paddy Joe and Mary,
and the extended families of both the Gordon and Kilgannon families. Mary was an extremely vital contributor to our organization, and Conor was a standout performer at every level of competition. Additionally, we are keeping the friends and family of Eoin in our thoughts and prayers as they struggle to come to terms with his unexpected death.
