George Galgano Obituary, Death – On July 11, George J. “Jeff” Galgano, 72, of Stamford, Connecticut, passed away at Midstate Medical Centre. He was surrounded by his beloved family at the time of his passing. George was “easy like Sunday morning”; he was thorough and careful, and he was never in a hurry. His enthusiasm was contagious, and you
might frequently find him out in the yard tending to his garden, listening to live music with percussion instruments in his hands, or on a stroll through the neighbourhood with his devoted wife Lynn and their dog Bella. He was always smiling and laughing. George was a passionate water skier and downhill skier. He spent over 40 years cruising the lakes
in Connecticut and skiing in Vermont. George was an all-around outdoor enthusiast. He was the one who would always agree to go along with any plans that involved having fun, getting into mischief, listening to music, and laughing. He was one of those people who got involved in everything that was going on around him and sought to encourage others to do the same. His presence is sorely missed. Sarah Brian and Roger, her husband, are the parents of the children.
