Jeffrey Faltz Obituary, Death – After being struck by a car on Route 34 west of Diehl Farm Road in Yorkville on Monday evening, a man from Oswego was declared dead at the scene. Diehl Farm Road is located in Yorkville. Earlier in the day is when the accident took place.
It has been determined that the person responsible for this crime is Jeffrey Faltz, who is 37 years old and lives in the city of Oswego. In addition to doing an autopsy, the office of the Kendall County Coroner will conduct additional research in order to determine the factors that eventually contributed to the individual’s passing.
A news release from the Yorkville Police Department states that a 2013 GMC Acadia driven by Ashleigh Faybik, 22, of the 600 block of South Center Street in Plano, was driving east on Route 34 west of Diehl Farm when it collided with a bicycle or motorized pedal cycle that was stopped in the left lane of eastbound Route 34, perpendicular to the roadway. Faybik lives in the 600 block of South Center Street in Plano. The bicycle or motorized pedal cycle was going in the opposite direction of traffic on the roadway. Faybik calls the 600 block of South Center Street in the neighborhood of South Center his home.
Faltz was found to be dead at the scene of the collision, and a pronouncement of death was made there. It was determined that he had died as a result of being struck by the front passenger side of the Acadia when it collided with the cyclist.
