John Morgan Obituary, Death – On behalf of the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) and the Fire Department of the City of New York (FDNY), we would like to take this opportunity to extend our sympathies to the FDNY Foundation on the loss of active FDNY Firefighter John Patrick Morgan of Ladder Company 80. John was a dedicated member of the FDNY for over 30 years. They would like to take advantage of this occasion to convey their condolences to the FDNY Foundation on the demise of active FDNY Firefighter John Patrick Morgan of Ladder Company 80.
When he passed away during his time off from the fire department, Firefighter Morgan had already reached the age of 41. Morgan, who has been a member of the organization for the past 16 years and has worked as a volunteer fireman for the department, recently retired from the agency. Morgan, the firefighter, has a family that he is going to have to leave behind, which includes his wife and two children. Morgan will have no choice but to leave them behind. A college scholarship fund has been established in the name of Firefighter Morgan’s children by the Firefighter’s Benevolent and Protective.
