July 9, that resulted in the death of a 58-year-old man who was riding a bicycle. Near the intersection of Redwood Road and Indiana Avenue, the police received a report just before 4:40 in the morning regarding a collision that included a bicyclist. Hooded men armed with AR-15s were apprehended in Salt Lake City. The man, identified as Juan Macino, was located by responding officers lying on the ground with life-threatening injuries. Despite the efforts of the officers,
paramedics, and firefighters that responded to the scene in Salt Lake City, the guy was pronounced dead at the spot. The motorist is believed to have been traveling north on Redwood Rd. when he or she collided with the victim, who was traveling in the same direction. It was alleged that the driver did not stop and continued on Redwood Road heading north.
