Karlondus Thomas and Andrell O’Neal Death, Decatur homicide victims identified

Karlondus Thomas and Andrell O’Neal Obituary, Death – The identity of the two individuals whose bodies were found in a double homicide scene in Decatur on Friday morning have been given to the public. Both victims were identified as being male. According to the Macon County Coroner Michael Day, the bodies of Karlondus Thomas, 19, and Andrell O’Neal, 30, both of Decatur, were found inside a vehicle early on Friday morning in the 800 block of South Webster Street.

Both men were residents of Decatur. Both of the deceased individuals were from Decatur. “They were victims of gunshot trauma,” Day continued. “They had been shot.” “Both of them had passed away.” Both of the men were traveling in the vehicle as passengers, while a third individual was operating the vehicle as the driver. According to Day’s statement, the incident that involved gunshots took place at a different site in Decatur.

They were delivered to the location on South Webster Street by the driver who was looking for assistance in the surrounding area at the time. An investigation into a criminal offense is now being carried out by detectives of the Decatur Police Department. Autopsies were performed in Bloomington at the mortuary that is a part of the McLean County Coroner’s Office. An inquest is pending.
