Kyla Lapointe Obituary, Death – The city of Moncton in New Brunswick, A woman who was 32 years old was found dead in Moncton, New Brunswick, and three people have been charged with her murder. One of the accused is a woman, while the other two are men. On the morning of July 11, 2023, around 2:45 a.m., members of the Codiac Regional RCMP were dispatched to Belleview Street in the city of Moncton in response to a report of a disturbance.
When the police came, they discovered a woman who had been stabbed and was lying in the street. The woman was in a critical condition.
The woman was taken to the hospital, but she did not survive her injuries and passed away while she was there. After some time, her true identity was revealed to be Kyla LaPointe.
A short while later, in connection with the inquiry, the police stopped a car that had been seen in the area near the site. A woman from Fredericton who was 38 years old, a male from Fredericton who was 49 years old, and a man from Doaktown who was 28 years old were all taken into custody. Anyone who was in the neighborhood at the time of the occurrence, either as a visitor or as a resident, and who may have security camera or dash cam footage from that time, or who has information that may help further the investigation, is urged to get in touch with the Major Crime Unit of the RCMP by calling 1-888-506-RCMP (7267).
