Yong Saccone Obituary, Death – Today, a brilliant light that originated in heaven descended to earth and then ascended again to its home in the heavens. Yong exemplified the ideal roles of mother, wife, grandmother, friend, and follower of Christ in her life. She was a prayer warrior, and she prayed for so many of you BY NAME even when you had no idea that she was praying for you. She truly FASTED to alleviate the suffering of others, but she didn’t even tell you about it. She was very selfless and performed a lot of good work for other people without expecting anything in return.
Simply put, she had a kind and kind spirit toward others, and she never grew weary of proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ. Yong was recognized for having an infectious smile that had the ability to disarm and shock anybody who saw it. She counted among her pals a great number of people not only in this state but also in other parts of the country. She treated everyone with kindness and was grateful for the friendship of everyone of you. She was everything to me, and I owe everything that I am to the fact that she existed.
Throughout my whole time spent in the service, she was by my side and provided unwavering support. During the trying time that I was separated from my family because I was deployed to Iraq and then North Korea, Yong kept our family together. My education would not have been where it is today without her constant support and motivation to see me through to the end of my Ph.D. program. During the time that I was teaching, she assisted me in providing care for my pupils by preparing meals for many of them and funding educational travels all over the world. She was the driving force behind my political career, providing me with the energy and strength I needed to knock on more than 18,000 doors together and never missing a day in Harrisburg with me.
